In a sense, life is all about finding the right balance between pairs of opposites.
Between overconfidence and diffidence.
Between falling victim to complacency and falling victim to frustration.
Between overwork and indolence.
Between living too much in the past and pretending there was none.
Between ignoring danger and being paralysed by fear.
Between not accepting that one may fail and not making the most of trying.
In a sense it could be summarized into a simple advice: “Don’t run – but keep walking.”
